However, my necklace clap broke after 2 days of wear, and when I contacted the support team about this, they immediately responded, but were rather rude saying that “this RARELY happens.” I sent a picture showing the broken clasp, on 12/27 and have not heard from them since. It’s been almost an entire month with no response despite my multiple attempts to contact them.
I love the idea of a company that supports the bees and lets you “adopt” a queen bee, and I was so excited to purchase, but have been severely let down by the customer service.

Package was lost apparently. Reached out to customer service regarding the issue and was rudely responded to. Customer rep made a statement and ended it with “period.” Will not be doing business with them again. Lost out on 2 Christmas gifts with no refund.

The pendent is beautiful, nice heavy lux weight, but the ring to secure it when you put it on is very flimsy the necklace it’s self is not the best but what makes it worse is the little ring to secure it, the little ring comes off of the actual necklace I sent a message to the company and still no reply………
