We have a LIFETIME return policy, which means you have NO LIMIT after receiving your item to request a return. We stand behind our brand and products proudly!

If you'd like to cancel or change information in your order - any cancellations or changes to the orders, including address changes, must be made before your order ships - otherwise, we might not be able to cancel or make changes to your order after it was processed and shipped. During Holidays ALL ORDERS are packed/shipped within 12-24 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (or same type of packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will send a return label to you. Customers are responsible for Shipping Costs. All approved refunds will be refunded for the total sale amount minus the shipping costs.

Your purchase is not eligible for a refund if the package is: late due to the delivery delays as it is outside of our problem, if the products did not meet your measurement requirements as they are clearly stated on the product page, or if you received the item in a good condition and it broke after receiving your order. However, your purchase might be eligible for a resend.

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if: The product arrived damaged/ package arrived damaged (Must show proof).

 

To start a return, you can contact us at projecthoneybees@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will contact you regarding where and how to return your products to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returned items must be in the brand new condition, unopened, and unused, otherwise might be subjected to not being refunded. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the USA, and you must contact us before sending us the items back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
